The new AMSOIL compensation plan is designed to help you grow your Dealership and make more money in the long term: a simpler compensation plan, which AMSOIL has named The Next 50 plan is the biggest change they’ve made to the Dealer opportunity in decades, and they have poured thousands of hours into developing and refining it, with a lot of help from Dealers, Direct Jobbers, industry experts and consulting groups throughout the process.
The plan is scheduled to take effect in the second half of 2022 and is designed to meet these goals:
• Simpler to understand & explain
• Pay new Dealers more
• Pay closer to the sale
