Why are your prices lower than other AMSOIL dealers and retailers?
Rather than try to earn large profits at our customer's expense, we have chosen to not make any profit on our sales. We do however earn commissions and bonuses directly from AMSOIL due to our large volume of sales. Our customers are happy with our low prices and we still earn a fair income through these bonuses.
Do you stock products:
No, we do not stock any products. We operate more like AMSOIL sales reps than a retail store. The AMSOIL warehouses in Edmonton and Mississauga that we ship from are fully stocked however.
When will I receive my order:
Most orders arrive within 3-4 days. Sometimes even sooner. You will also receive detailed order tracking via email so you can monitor your product's delivery status.
How much is shipping:
Telephone orders of $450 or more ship free.
Telephone orders under $450 are charged a flat fee of $16.99.
Preferred Customers get free shipping on orders of $130 or more.
What is the minimum order:
There is no minimum order size but we recommend a minimum order of 12 quarts to ensure you are getting a good value
There is also a further price break on most products when you order full cases.
How do I pay for my order:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Interac eTransfer over the phone or Visa, Mastercard and PayPal when you order online.
Will I receive an Invoice?
Yes, we will email you an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Can I pick up my order to save shipping?
Yes. If you will be near the AMSOIL warehouses in Edmonton or Mississauga, we can have your order held for pick-up.
I want to buy my AMSOIL online through you. How do I do that?
