As 2022 draws to a close, I thought it would be a good time to have a quick review of the year, my earnings as an AMSOIL Dealer and what lays ahead for 2023

2022 was my best year to date. As you can see in the chart above, I earned $47,251.34 USD in commissions. I'm still waiting to receive my T4A from AMSOIL but based on my calculations, this equates to CAD $61,906*

The graph above shows my monthly commission earnings for the past three years. The yellow line is 2021 and the red line is 2022. As you can see, other than a couple of months, I earned greater commissions each month when compared to last year. I also finished the year with a great December due to achieving a bonus for reaching a new level of sales achievement
What worked in 2022
I am so grateful for the AMSOIL business opportunity. For the most part, my business is quite passive at this point. Although I'd like to see even higher earnings, I am more than happy with how the year went. The seeds I've planted and the relationships I've built over the past several years are working well to create recurring and mostly passive income now
What didn't work in 2022
Lack of focus. Once again, I lost focus on what is truly important (building my AMSOIL business) and spend WAY too much time on other projects and ideas. Although the AMSOIL provided training for dealers is amazing, I want to provide additional, exclusive training for my dealer team. I made a little progress on this training in 2022 but not as much as I would have liked. Again, this was due to the amount of time spent on other projects/ideas unrelated to my AMSOIL business
What is planned for 2023

- Spend more time working on my business. Get back to my routine of doing something daily to build it
- Work on my exclusive dealer training materials
- Set a new goal for 2023. As of right now, I haven't spent any time planning ahead or making a goal for the coming year. I'll work on this ASAP
