Here are examples of some account styles that a Dealer should focus on if he/she desires to build passive or residual income in the future:
Independent AMSOIL Dealers are given a unique dealer number. When registering any of the above accounts, a Dealer will reference his/her dealer number on the application and the new account will be assigned to that Dealer. Any future purchases or sales the newly register account makes count toward the registering Dealers sales volume and a commission will be earned.

- Preferred Customers - Individuals who purchase at wholesale for their own use
- ROTS Accounts - Retail on the Shelf accounts such as auto parts stores and quick lubes
- Commercial Accounts - Business that use AMSOIL products in their own equipment
- Independent Dealers - Individuals that build their own AMSOIL Business
